Ian Edson is a producer & DJ from Los Angeles challenging the concept of genre altogether. Fusing atmospheric textures with a dark & ominous tone, Ian is focused on pushing boundaries in electronic music.
After releasing records for several years under the name Tydes; and working with artists such as Petit Biscuit & Låpsley; Ian took a hiatus to return to the studio and create an innovative sonic landscape once again.
With the release of ‘Alinea’ coming late 2019, literally meaning “the beginning of a new train of thought,” he is making a bold statement in redefining his sound. With many singles scheduled in the coming months, Ian's vision for his new sound will be revealed in due time.
