“BGD” is Nanu's debut EP, an homage to those who have ever felt trapped in a box, or "less than," but it's also for those who realize exactly who they are and unapologetically embrace themselves. With her single, "TalkSick," which preceded the release of “BGD,” along with a video that Nanu is ready to show the world what she's made of and remind women that they are, in fact, bad bitches, leading the way.
The young star, who was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and now resides in Toronto, simply aims to strengthen and inspire her fans with her work. In 2015, she arrived in Toronto and became a force to be reckoned with almost immediately, releasing several successful singles, film clips, and a powerful social media presence.
Nanu is a rising artist who takes inspiration from well-known performers like Freddy Mercury, Shakira and Lady Gaga. With her fan base continuing to grow, she is now focusing on expanding her repertoire and crushing upcoming live performances.
